Biography
Post Oak Ranch is a commercial meat goat operation located in northeast Oklahoma. We practice limited management of our goats and strive for a genetic herd group with attributes of parasite resistance, good mothering skills, and self-sufficency.
Interests
Post Oak Ranch has an interest in objective testing of meat goats. Untested attributes promised by some breeders of purebred stock simply do not stand up to the needs of the commercial breeder. Tests designed to measure actual performance provide better information than ancestry are one of special interests.
